A home base, not a hostel
It started with a handful of surfers who kept ending up in the same lineup at dawn and needed somewhere to crash between sessions. What grew out of that is a kitchen, a bar, a surf school, and a rotating cast of people who mostly turn up on their own. Every wall, every party, every curry on the menu still runs on that.
